Privacy policy

The extension processes Shiftz warehouse identifiers, issued-document event payloads, and FTP connection settings solely to deliver document events to the server selected by the installing warehouse.

Storage and security

FTP credentials and webhook payloads are encrypted at rest with the application key. Credentials are excluded from application responses and logs. Transfer history stores delivery status, destination path, timestamps, retry count, and sanitized errors.

Removal

Uninstalling removes the warehouse configuration and local transfer history. Files already delivered to the destination FTP server are not deleted.
